ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to award one mark to the writ petitioner for question No.48, in B-Series question paper, in the Teachers Eligibility Test conducted on 21.05.2014.
2. This Court is of the considered opinion that if the above said question number is solved by the Expert Committee and based on the expert's opinion, if marks were already awarded by the Department to all other candidates, the same benefit is to be extended to the writ petitioner also by awarding one mark. However, it is made clear that the said mark is to be awarded, if it is granted to all other candidates, who participated in the Teachers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Eligibility Test conducted by the first respondent on 21.05.2014. But, the writ petitioner cannot seek appointment based on the Teachers Eligibility Test. The appointments are to be made only based on the selection process and not based on the Teachers Eligibility Test. For the purpose of appointment, the writ petitioner has to participate in the process of selection and secure public employment.
