This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 24.07.2023 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach 2/4
