Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of suspension passed by the third respondent by his proceedings dated 28.06.2002 made in A5/32544/2002 and the consequential proceedings dated 29.06.2002 made in A5/32544/2002 in retaining the petitioner in service and to quash the same and for consequential direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to settle the pensionary benefits along with all other monetary benefits along with 9% interest from the date of superannuation namely, 30.06.2002 within the reasonable period as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The order of suspension dated 28.06.2002 and the consequential order, retaining the services of the writ petitioner in proceeding dated 29.06.2002 are under challenge in the present Writ Petition.
