ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned document. According to him, the very registration is fraudulent.

4. The petitioner is permitted to move the District Registrar (Administration), Madurai South. If any such petition is filed by the petitioner, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the District Registrar (Administration), Madurai South to pass order one way or other. 2/4

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
