The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli, a criminal case in Cr.No.210 of 2025 has been registered as against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 329(4), 296(b), 324(2), 331(2), 305(a), 351(3) BNS and Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
