The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent made a submission that the issues between the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent are settled and now, they are living in the matrimonial home. Reunion is agreed on account of certain agreement and the Writ Petition itself is filed in respect of the disputes between the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.12263/2014 happy life, there is no other reason to continue the adjudication in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
