The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime .No.605 of 2024, on the file of the first respondent police has filed this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to conclude the investigation 1/4

in the above crime number and file the final report, within a stipulated time.

2.Today, when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for admission, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2024 was already completed and final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Ramanathapuram and the same is spending in CC No.433 of 2025. He further submits that the case is posted to 29.08.2025 for the purpose of issuing summons.
