ORDER
Heard Mr.K.Ponnaiah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2019, for disbursement of pensionary benefits.
4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after elaborate arguments submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2019, seeking payment of the pensionary benefits, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2019, on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
