ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to clarify the aspect of educational qualification and award of marks for the qualification in compliance with UGC Regulations 2009-2010 and in consonance of order dated 21.06.2019 made in W.P.No.12054 of 2013, W.P.No.13485 of 2013 and W.P.No.519 of 2014 on the basis of representation dated 07.09.2019.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.18755, 12054 and 13485 of 2013 dated 21.06.2019. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
