Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed Under Section 115 of CPC., To set aside the fair order and decreetal order dated 26.07.2017 of the learned subordinate judge,Kuzhithurai, made in I.A.No.196 of 2009 in AS.SR.No.3358 of 2009 on his file,allowing the said I.A., and render justice.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagarcoil in D.No.2704/2022-A , dated 28/03/2022 the earlier order of this court dated 01/02/2021 this Court made the following order:

As per the order passed by this Court dated 01.02.2021, the learned Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai was directed to dispose of A.S.No.11 of 2021, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai requested to extend the time limit as the records from lower Court received only on 10.03.2022.

2.Considering the above submission, two months time is extended finally for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
