ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.393 of 2020 dated 23.11.2022 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer under the supervision of the first respondent for conducting fair investigation and file a final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.393 of 2023, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
