This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondent No.6 for illegal possession of the petitioner's vehicle and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to strictly instruct respondent Nos.5 and 6 to provide fair and reasonable compensation to the petitioner based on the representation of the petitioner on 23.10.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the matter was settled.
