Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the petitioners property in Survey No. 160/3 (extends to 0-7.50 Ares) situated in Thoppuviduthi village, Orathanadu taluk, Thanjavur district in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this court.
