ORDER

The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of on its own merits, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and others, who are likely to be affected by the decision taken pursuant to such representation.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the petitioner and all other persons, who are likely to be affected by the decision to be taken, shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing before final orders are passed.
