ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.185 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. The first respondent shall furnish the copy of the final report to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
