: Respondent in all petitions COMMON PRAYER: Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate disobedience to the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD) Nos.7346 & 7345 of 2021, dated 01.04.2021, respectively. Prayer in WP(MD). 7346/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the nature of writ, directing the respondents to pay the Service Surrender Leave Salary amount of Rs.98,076/- payable to the petitioner for the period from 2010 to 2015, together with 18 percentage interest from the date of his retirement i.e. 31.12.2015 to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period and to pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Prayer in WP(MD). 7345/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions in the nature of writ, directing the respondents to pay the Service Surrender Leave Salary amount of Rs.46,374/- payable to the petitioner for the period from 2010 to 2012, together https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P(MD)Nos.1537, 1538 of 2021 with 18 percentage interest from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.11.2013 to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period and to pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the orders of this Court have been complied with. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, these contempt petitions stand closed.
