ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025 seeking to grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of 'Non Medical Supervisor' with effect from 12.12.2014 notionally with all benefits and consequently to grant Selection Grade Pay with effect from January 2025 on par with his juniors.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2025, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the 2/4

matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
