Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order made in D.O.311/2018/Rc.No.F1/12778/2018 dated 22.03.2018 passed by the third respondent and quash the same.

As such, both the impugned transfer order as well as the suspension order have become infructuous and no effective order can be passed in the present writ petitions. 3.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand closed.
