O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case registered in crime No.25 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other police for investigation in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent registered a case in crime No.25 of 2018 and after completion of the investigation, he has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and at this stage, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
