O R D E R

The petitioner with a grievance that his application dated 24.07.2023 for survey of his land in S. No.245/1, Keelakottai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai has not been considered by the respondents has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions submits that the petitioner has submitted an application for survey on 21.06.2023 and he has paid the required fee only on 11.07.2023. The petitioner's application is under process and the survey would be conducted on seniority basis and it would be concluded within a reasonable period.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with a 3/6

direction to the Survey Officer to conclude the survey within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners, if necessary. No costs. 03.08.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
