ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioners. But, however, the learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that during the course of the enquiry, a settlement has been reached between the parties, by which, both parties decided to separate mutually in the presence of the elders and all the articles belonged to the defacto complainant were returned and also agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the defacto complainant on or before 13.11.2021. But however, the counsel is not in a position to verify that the above said amount was handed over or not.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 26.10.2021.
