This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment in S.C.No.155 of 2008, dated 23.02.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thoothukudi. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the period of sentence already undergone by the appellant and hence, this Criminal Appeal has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
