This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional Session Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, to accept the petitioner's surrender petition and consider the bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No.311 of 2019, on the file of the learned II Additional Session Judge (PCR), Tirunelveli, thereby taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302, 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment act, 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the official respondents.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.13326 of 2019 3.It is seen that apart from the offences under Section SC/ST Act, the petitioner has also been charged for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 302, 506(ii) IPC. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition as prayed for by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
