ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2022 and that of the requisitions of the fourth respondent dated 28.07.2022 and 11.08.2022 for shifting the Aavin Milk shop of the petitioner in the vacant site opposite to the Water Purifier Station and near newly constructed Delivery Ward in the second respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.08.2022 seeking for shifting the Aavin Milk shop of the petitioner in the vacant site opposite to the Water Purifier Station and near newly constructed Delivery Ward in the second respondent has been enquired and rejected by order dated 24.01.2025. 2/4

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law if so advised.
