Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from interfering in the dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16926 of 2021 that is said to be pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondent on the other.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Criminal Original Petition can be closed by recording the fact that Crime No.257 of 2021 has been registered by the third respondent against the petitioner's husband. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
