This petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5725 of 2022, dated 30.03.2022. 2.The writ petition was filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction to the respondents therein to measure the property in Survey No.181/213A in Plot No.53 measuring to an extent of 2 cents situated in Thiruvenkadam Village, Cholavandhan Revenue Group, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the representation of the writ petitioner dated 12.02.2022. 3.This Court by order dated 30.03.2022 directed the respondents to survey and fix boundaries in the petitioner's property within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, no steps have been taken by the respondents to comply with the said order. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted, by producing the

proceedings of the Special Tahsildar, Adi Dravidar Welfare, Madurai dated 28.09.2022, that on 27.09.2022, the respondents have measured the property of the petitioner and at that time, it was found that S.No.197/2 was sub divided into S.Nos.197/1 to 197/27. Hence, the petitioner was directed to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer for getting free house site patta in view of G.O. (Ms)No.34, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Disposal Wing, [LD3(1)] Section, dated 13.01.2021, since the land in question is classified as 'natham vacant site' in the village accounts,
