ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to dispose and expedite the proceedings of the I.D.O.P.No.221 of 2021 before the learned Family Court, Madurai in a speedy manner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner/wife, the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 05.09.2005. After the marriage, the respondent started to quarrel with the petitioner and also insulted her, due to the problem of impotency. Further, the respondent physically assaulted the petitioner without any proper reason. Therefore, the petitioner filed a petition in I.D.O.P.No.221 of 2021 before the Family Court, Madurai, for divorce. Further, the petitioner also filed an interlocutory application seeking for a medical examination for respondent. In the main IDOP, the respondent has filed his counter on 23.11.2021. The said IDOP is periodically adjourned without any progress. Hence, the present civil revision petition is filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the IDOP petition was filed in the year 2021 and even after completion of two years, there is no progress in the matter. Hence, she seeks for speedy disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Family Court Jude, Madurai, to dispose the case in I.D.O.P.No.221 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without any unnecessary adjournment, after affording sufficient opportunities to the parties concerned to put-forth their contentions, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
