ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.185 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Since the present petition is to challenge the First Information Report and now after elaborate investigation final report was also filed, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report, as there are 2/4

averments to constitute the offence as per the First Information Report. Therefore this Criminal Original Petition stands closed preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
