The petitioner has submitted a document for registration in the month of January 2023 and the same was not registered by the Registering Authority. Hence, he made a representation in the month of April 2023. With a grievance that the Registering Authority has neither acted upon his representation nor register the document, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to register the petitioner's plots as per the plot approval order sanctioned by the Block Development Officer, Palayamkotai. 2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents seeks time to get 2/5

instructions with regard to the stage of the representation, which has been submitted by the petitioner on 27.04.2023. 3.Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition that the petitioner has submitted a document in the month of January 2023 for registration and with a grievance that his document has not been registered has also submitted a representation in the month of April 2023, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.04.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the claim of the petitioner and a direction is hereby issued to consider the petitioner's representation alone.
