O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2018 and not to permit anyone to put up construction in and along the public streets at Maradi Village in Tiruchirappalli District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the authorities were called off the proposed construction in the aforesaid village. In support of the same, he produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli, dated 11.06.2018.

3. In view of the above proceedings dated 11.06.2018, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
