For Petitioner in all W.Ps. : Mr.S.Manohar For R1 & R2 : Mr.A.K.Manikkam Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matters have become infructuous, since the temple in question ie., the Arulmigu Tirucoutallanathaswamy Temple, Coutrallam, paid the gratuity on 02.11.2019 and thus, nothing survives in these matters.

2. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.

3. Upon conclusion of the dictation as above, Mr.S.Manohar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the identical position as above obtains in W.P.(MD).Nos.8740, 8741 of 2018 and 9233 of 2018 and these matters are thus listed today under a special list.
