This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute which is the subject matter of O.S.No.153 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif, Pudukottai.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint, given by the petitioner, a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.201 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.13183 of 2019 324, 506(ii) and 320 of IPC as against the third and fourth respondents.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) is recorded. However, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute, which is, the subject matter of O.S.No.153 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Pudukottai.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
