ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to register the complaint and to conduct an investigation.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as a petition enquiry in C.No.N4/2964/241/2025 and it was closed stating that the petitioner has not substantiated any materials to attract an offence under the BNS.
3. Recording the submissions of made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police No.2 to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
