O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to recover the articles, which was stolen by the accused parties and also to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation in accordance with law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner's daughter and his son-in-law have stolen away the articles, which was kept in his house. He further submitted that the wife of the petitioner died and as such, the first accused, who is the daughter of the petitioner, entered into the house of the petitioner and taken away the jewels. However, the second respondent has registered a case in crime No.

233 of 2019 for the offence under Section 380 IPC as against the daughter and son-in-law of the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondent police are taking steps to recover the same and also to complete the investigation within a stipulated period. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to take steps to recover the stolen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13358 of 2019 articles and also complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
