ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused and apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(a), 406 of I.P.C., r/w, Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant namely Devasena, the accused have demanded Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) additional dowry and harassed her.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that as per the direction of this court, the first petitioner apprehend before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre for three hearings, but the defacto complainant did not turn up and thereafter, the matter could not be settled.

4. Heard the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both counsel, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No,I, Trichy and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with common surety to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
