The petitioner's transfer order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings 1956/E3A/Pathu1/Tha.A.Po.Ka (Ko)/18 dated 17.03.2018 transferring the petitioner from Karur Branch to Kudalur Branch, has been put under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was called, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is continuing to work in Karur Branch. As such, the transfer order itself has become infructuous and no effective orders can be taken in the writ petition challenging the original transfer order dated 17.03.2018.
