ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful 1/3

disobedience of the order, dated 25.03.2024 in W.P(MD)No.7241 of 2024 by the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court is to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 10.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. He further submitted that the petitioner's proposal was considered and an order of rejection was issued vide proceedings dated 18.09.2024.

3.In view of the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same.
