Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.10643 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and 12 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.10643 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
