This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in PRC No.5 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2.This petition was filed at the committal stage. It appears that subsequently, the case was committed to the Sessions Court and numbered as S.C.No.92 of 2019, on the file of the Mahila Court, Madurai. It is further submitted that the petitioners have filed another Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14218 of 2019, for quashing the said proceedings. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
