ORDER

The order impugned passed by the second respondent, in proceedings, dated 15.07.2014, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.In view of the Full Bench Judgment, the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered. The writ petition was filed before the crucial date fixed by the Full Bench of this Court i.e. on 09.12.2016. The writ petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2014, seeking benefit of the Government Order issued in G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993 and other connected orders. This being the factum, the case of the writ petitioner is to be reconsidered for extension of the benefit of the Government order in accordance with the directions issued by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Government of Tamil Nadu Vs. G.Easwaran and Others reported in (2017) 2 MLJ 257. 3.Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to submit the facts and details to the respondents and the respondents are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
