ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to disburse the petitioner's deposited amount for a sum of Rs.1,21,299.64/- from the savings Bank Ac.No.30779392384.

2.The petitioner had sent a representation to the first respondent Bank seeking to release the aforesaid amount. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2014 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
