This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in in C.C.No.209 of 2010 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, Thajavur District as against the petitioner.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that already trial commenced in C.C.No.209 of 2010 and the prosecution also examined PW.1 and post the matter for further reference. Therefore, the entire proceedings cannot be quashed at this stage.
