This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings the FIR in Crime No.47 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Aruppukkottai Town Police Station, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that there are civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

3.
