Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,900/- in S.A.(MD)SR No.11788 of 2025 preferred against the Decree and Judgment dated 22.11.2024 passed in A.S.No.82 of 2016 passed by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil (Camp Court at Kuzhithurai), confirming the decree and Judgment dated 13.02.2015 passed in O.S. No.551 of 2010 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 133 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,900/- in S.A.(MD)SR No.11788 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
