Prayer :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to call fo the records and quash the proceedings of the DVOP.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manapparai, Trichy District. ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Trichirappalli vide the Letter in D.No.613 of 2021 dated 05.03.2021 and upon appeared of Mr.I.Robert Chandrakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Thiagarajan, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy to complete the proceedings of DVOP.No.6 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13427 of 2019 on 30.10.2019. The Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy, has sought for further extension of time of two months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy, in the letter in D.No.236/21 dated 03.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3.In the circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Trichy, is directed to dispose of DVOP.No.6 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
