Prayer : Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 127 days for representation of S.A.(MD)SR.No.11788 of 2025 preferred against the Decree and Judgment, dated 22.11.2024, passed in A.S.No.82 of 2016 by the learned II Additional Sub Judge, Nagercoil (Camp court at Kuzhithurai), confirming the Decree and Judgement, dated 13.02.2015, passed in O.S.No.551 of 2010 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 127 days in representing the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD)SR. No.11788 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) to the credit of to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBIN000898, MICR Code No.625002601 within a period 2/3
