He further submitted that in the said Writ Appeal an interim order was also granted. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition, after disposal of the writ appeal or to file a fresh Contempt Petition.
