ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.85 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.05.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 466, 468, 471, 473, 474, 476, 420, 120(b) and 419 of I.P.C., and hence seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused issued take identity card to the physically challenged persons, who are not eligible under physically challenged category and also forged the signature of the Doctors.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and the employment will be given to the physically challenged persons, after the medical board issued a certificate and the certificate issued by A1, which is not in a way to helpful the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 27.05.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that A1 to A4 created bogus disability certificates and issued to A5 to get an employment in Government. He further submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedents.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has no previous case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 17/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
