RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 69 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the Judgment passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur at Pattukottai in Crl.A.No.67 of 2018 dt 22.03.2019, reversing the Judgment passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Pattukkottai in S.T.C.No.1 of 2014 dated 26.03.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.S.VAIGUNTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SULTHAN BASHA for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the judgment passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur at Pattukottai in Crl.A.No.67 of 2018, dated 22.03.2019, reversing the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Pattukottai in S.T.C.No.1 of 2014, dated 26.03.2015. 2.Heard both side.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.10580 of 2019 only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
