No.9739 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 in Cr.No.103 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned court. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, to execute the anticipatory bail bonds pursuant to the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.9739 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for the petitioner for surrender / appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, to execute the anticipatory bail bonds is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
